After your first visit. They even had a young lady come to our home out in the country and sat with my boss and myself and explained the needs that we had for insurance, who does that?? We needed to file a claim and Jordan was so involved with the process in making sure everything was followed up on and taken care of. He is also so knowledgeable when it comes to life insurance as well. He made sure everything was set up and taken care of, to ensure we had a hassle free experience. We are so lucky to have an agent and team like them!"
